It is reported by AllThingsD , that Apple will announce the long rumored iPad mini in October 2012. In the next month (September) Apple will first introduce its next generation iPhone at an event on September 12, and the launch event of iPad mini will take place only a month after the iPhone event.
Initially, some speculation was that the iPhone and the iPad Mini will take place simultaneously. Apple might not be willing to merge the iPad mini events with the iPhone’s, and of course they are also not going to wait till next years main iPad event to release the smaller variant.
Now we can except the two major or biggest Apple events before the end of the year 2012.
