Samsung unveils the new super-size Galaxy Note 10.1, it is the super-size version of its popular Galaxy Note Smartphone. The Galaxy Note 10.1, which went on sale in Germany and the United Arab Emirates, is almost the size of a tablet and will soon be launched in others markets.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is powered by 1.4 GHz Quad-Core processor that can run multiple applications at a faster speed and 2GB RAM for better performance. It runs on Android 4.0 ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system.
This Galaxy Note has 10.1 inches touchscreen which is diagonally wider than the 5.3 inch of it’s predecessor. It is specially designed to simplify idea capture, information access, and multitasking making everything easier and faster.
Same as Galaxy Note Smartphone it also comes with ‘S Pen’ to write notes or draw on the screen. This newer version also allows user to split the screen in half to view two programs at once. The Galaxy Note 10.1 also includes a 5 mega-pixel main camera and a 1.9 mega-pixel front facing camera. It also has 3 connectivity options : a WiFi-only version, a WiFi-and-3G HSPA-Plus connectivity version at launch, and a WiFi-and-LTE version later this year.
Several other features have been added to Galaxy Note 10.1 including Smart Stay, which tracks the user’s eyes to ensure that the screen is always on while being looked at, and Pop Up Play, which allows the user to watch a video anywhere on their screen while simultaneously running other tasks.
